Mark Meredith - Finance Director
Since 2015 Mark has been the Financial Director. He has manged the company finances and expansion which has includes contracts with local authorities, housing associations and major utility companies. His passion for helping people living in fuel poverty was initiated by his experience in politics.
Former Elected Mayor of Stoke on Trent and Chair of the North Staffs Regeneration Partnership Board. He qualified has a DEA in 2012 and has since become a CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) Low Carbon Consultant and Commercial Energy Assessor. Mark chairs the company’s Senior Leadership Team ensuring standards and targets of the company are maintained.
John Marchbank - Operations Director
John has 27 years’ experience within the Energy Supply Industry. A former member of the Fuel Poverty Forum Scotland John shaped policies adopted by the Scottish Government in relation to tackling fuel poverty and their participation in carbon reduction initiatives. John developed and implemented several community energy efficiency initiatives with local authorities.
John now oversees the Operations and Installation Department. He supervised the introduction of new quality standards required under PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 which helped us achieve success at the 2021 West Midlands Energy Efficiency Awards. He is responsible for all KPI’s relating to the delivery of ECO3 contracts we have with utility companies.
Ricki Illsley - Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager Ricki’s focus is to analyse and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency and ensure Customers receive a great service and ensure Installers follow the companies Heath & Safety requirements. Ricki also has 12 years experience in the Heating Supply Sector.
As an operations manager, Ricki is also responsible for managing a team of people, which involves both the engagement and development of these people. Ricki is responsible for Project delivery functions include delivery assurance, quality assurance, client delivery and relationship management. Ricki is a passionate leader, communicating effectively at multiple levels and disciplines, valuing our employees, and placing the customer at the heart of what we do.”
